Working in the field of landscape design, construction, and landscape maintenance throughout Fairfield County since 2003, you come across a variety of companies, shops, and partners that you just come to love.

AJM Septic & Excavating — http://www.ajmseptic.com/ — We partner with AJM on large earthscaping and drainage projects. Our clients love this partnership. Recently, I was in Starbucks when one of our clients from South St in Fairfield stopped me. “Dennis, our back yard stays so dry! The kids and the dogs get to play out there without tracking in any mud. Ever.” They live below the largest aquifer in town. Every spring their back yard, which went up at a slope of about 45 degrees, was nothing but muddy and spongy all spring long. We called in AJM to put in a series of curtain drains to keep the yard dry. This made it possible to add two blue stone patios on the bottom of the yard. We did that project back in 2010. CW Canfield Excavating & Paving — CW Canfield Excavating is a premiere site work and paving company. From major site work for commercial projects to excavations of individual homes, CW Canfield does excellent work. We’ve done a few back yard transformations with them. And they’ve paved some of our customer’s driveway. Our customers are over the moon happy with them. From land clearing 10s of trees and reducing the slope of a back yard to flattening out a 20,000 square foot play area so that the children could use it for sports, we’ve done some pretty cool projects with CW Canfield. Layla’s Falafel — http://www.laylasfalafel.com/ — This is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. Amazing middle eastern food. Great prices (chicken schwarma wrap for only $5.99!). The staff is so friendly, and with their wonderful accents, so attractive and hospitable! Don’t miss this great lunch and dinner place. Please tell them that Bren sent you (they thank me with wonderful baklava!)
